The OAIC is currently reviewing the Credit Reporting Code. We believe this to be an ideal opportunity to fix some of the archaic rules that appear in the Code. We have been fortunate enough to receive a diverse set of feedback on why Credit Reporting in Australia is declining at a time when credit applications are soaring, and wanted to reflect those views in our response. This is our response to the OAIC.
